This CLE will 1) define a Work Product Repository and explain different approaches to implementation; 2) discuss document retention and destruction, including managing and segregating documents required by law; 3) summarize how to minimize risks and costs associated with corporate documents; and 4) describe advantages of a Work Product Repository, such as early case assessment and legal budget management.
