  • Number of data sets collected
  • Number and type of email containers, including the number of corrupt mailboxes
  • Number of reviewer person days
  • Characteristics of data
  • Over 500 file extensions are automatically processed
  • Unusual design files
  • Existence of database files
  • Amount of data in the overall collections
  • Duration of review by attorneys (if applicable)
  • Number of native productions and/or document conversions
