We may ask and you may volunteer specific Personally Identifiable Information when you inquire about GGO or Digital WarRoom® services or products. For instance, you may request demonstration materials or to be contacted by one of our professionals and, in connection with that request, we may ask for your e-mail address or phone number. We may place e-mail links on the site which you can use to contact us directly. Any information that you provide, including your e-mail address, may be used to respond directly to you. Any comments you provide may also be stored and referenced to improve our site and services.

We, or our third-party web service administrators on our behalf, may automatically track certain information about your use of this site. Use by GGO and Digital WarRoom®

GGO LLC and DWR honor requests from clients for changes in account information, such as name and password, and will correct any such information that is inaccurate.

Notice and Choice:
GGO LLC and DWR do not collect personal information directly from individuals in the EU. Personal information may exist in e-discovery information that is provided to GGO LLC and DWR from an EEA organization for processing. To the extent permitted in the Safe Harbor Agreement, we reserve the right to process personal information in the course of providing e-discovery ASP hosting services to our clients without the knowledge of individuals involved.
Onward Transfers and Disclosures to Agents:
GGO LLC and DWR will not knowingly disclose an individual’s personal information to third parties, except when one or more of the following conditions is true:
• We have the individual’s permission to make the disclosure.
• The disclosure is required by law or professional standards.
• The information is question is publicly available.
• The disclosure is reasonably necessary for the establishment or defense of legal claims.
GGO LLC and DWR take data security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and procedures to safeguard and secure the information we process.

GGO LLC and DWR utilize the self-assessment approach to ensure its compliance with our privacy statement. GGO LLC and DWR periodically verify that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and in conformity with the Safe Harbor Principles. The independent recourse mechanism available to investigate unresolved complaints is the EU Data Protection Authority.
