GGO’s cost-saving approach and methodology support conversion of documents just prior to production. We can convert electronic documents to many different image formats (TIFF, PDF, etc.) and produce documents in native file format.

Customized Production

Once production requirements are defined, GGO will:

  • Include/exclude specified file types from production
  • Break or maintain document families for production
  • Include or exclude duplicate documents
  • Re-insert the redacted versions of documents back into the production

  • Production formats: TIFF, PDF, and native file
  • Single page or multi-page TIFF
  • With/without OCR
  • Multiple formats can be created for the client and adverse counsel (if required)
  • Bates numbering and format of Bates number (including prefix)
